LUSAKA High Court judge Chalwe Mchenga yesterday asked the lawyer representing the suspect in the Ruth Mbandu’s murder, George Kalomo on whether his application for prolonged detention is still competent.
Judge Mchenga in his chambers yesterday said he was aware that the applicants had appeared in court for mention and wondered why Kalomo’s lawyer Kelvin Hang’andu was insisting on being heard. Click here for the Full Story
